Baked Mediterranean Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup diced tomato
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup chopped kalamata olive
    1/4 cup diced red onion
    2 tablespoons capers
    2 chopped garlic cloves
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 lb salmon fillet
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients.
    Spread mixture over salmon.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
