Pineapple Pie With Shortbread Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    398 ml crushed pineapple
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    shortbread pie crust
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup butter
    3 teaspoons icing sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter and icing sugar and press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0F.
    Cook crushed pineapple, corn starch, salt and sugar until thick. Add butter and lemon juice. When cool pour into the cooked pie crust.
