Carrot Cake Cappuccino - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 quart carrot juice
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon walnut oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Preparation

In a medium-size pot over medium-high heat, reduce the carrot juice by half. This should take about 15 minutes.
Whisk in all remaining ingredients except the milk.
In a separate pot, warm milk and whisk into a foam.
Serve seasoned carrot juice in a cappuccino cup and top with milk foam.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
