Strawberry Daiquiri Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 inches graham cracker crust or 9 inches baked pastry shells
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    2/3 cup frozen daiquiri mix, thawed
    2 tablespoons light rum
    1 cup whipping cream, whipped
    14 ounces eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
    red food coloring (optional)
    fresh strawberries
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
    Stir indaiquiri mix, rum and food coloring, if desired.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into prepared crust.
    Chill or freeze 4 hours, or until firm.
    Garnish with strawberries.
    Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
