O.J.-Banana Breakfast Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ice cubes
    2/3 cup low-fat milk (1%)
    1/4 cup orange juice concentrate (frozen concentrate)
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 small banana
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend until smooth, and serve.
