Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 medium baking potatoes
    3 tablespoons melted butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
    seasoning salt
Preparation
    Clean potatoes.
    Do not peel.
    Cut each potato lengthwise in quarters.
    Dip each wedge into melted margarine, covering completely.
    Arrange skin side down on shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt to taste.
    Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until golden brown and tender when pierced.
