Breakfast Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup popped popcorn (prepared without butter or salt)
    1/3 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (or sugar)
    1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half (or regular half and half or cream)
Preparation
    Put your 1 cup popped corn (make sure it is not the microwave kind that is covered in salt and butter) in a bowl.
    Sprinkle the splenda or sugar over the top.
    Drizzle the cream on top as if you are making cereal.
    Serve.
