Cucumber Bell Pepper And Jicama Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups jicama, julienned
    2 cups cabbage, shredded
    1 1/2 cups cucumbers, julienned
    1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
    1 cup red bell pepper, julienned
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely minced
    1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables and cilantro.
    In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss with vegetables. Serve chilled.
