Blintz Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 -16 defrosted blintzes (these are sold in the frozen food section and come in cheese, blueberry, and cherry flavors, I like)
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup orange juice (not concentrate)
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Line greased pan with blintzes.
    Combine all other ingredients in the blender or food processor and process till smooth.
    Pour over blintzes.
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
