2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (Guajillo or other 1000-2000 scoville)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sumac
Preparation
