Shallot Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1/2 cup canola oil
 
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon water
1 shallot
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
 
Chill and serve over salad.
