Saskatchewan Dry Beef Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup paprika
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (red)
    1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Rub into beef (steaks, ribs or potroast).
    Refrigerate covered for 2 hours.
    BBQ, Broil, Slow cook, or fry as required.
