Spiced Salmon With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
    1 teaspoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Combine all ingredients except the salmon in a small bowl, stirring well with a fork.
    Rub mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.
    Place fillets, skin side down, on a jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray.
    Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
