Four-Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Sauce
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 onion, chopped (medium)
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
    Beans
    15 ounces baked beans
    15 ounces kidney beans, drained
    15 ounces black-eyed peas or 15 ounces garbanzo beans, drained
    15 ounces lima beans, drained
Preparation
    Sauce: In a small skillet over medium heat, heat oil and saute onion and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Beans: In a 2-quart casserole, combine beans and sauce and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.
