Low Calorie Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    1/2 cup skim milk
    3 tablespoons sugar
    8 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
    4 teaspoons poppy seeds
Preparation
