Martha Stewart'S Cantaloupe Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    2 cups cantaloupe, chopped (about a 1 1/2 lb cantaloupe)
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and cantaloupe in a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Chill in an airtight container and use within 1 day.
