Pan Roasted Tuna Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ounces tuna steaks (2@5oz each)
    1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
    1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
    3/4 teaspoon olive oil
    1/2 lemon, juice of
Preparation
    Season steaks with salt, pepper, & lemon juice.
    Drizzle with olive oil.
    Place non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna & lower heat.
    Cook 4-5 minutes until well browned on one side.
    Turn over & cook 2-3 minutes more.
