Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb bulk sausage (Hot or mild)
    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, Grated
    3 cups Bisquick
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts.
    Bake on papered sheet pan at 300 degrees F. in the convection oven for 15 minutes. Turn after pan 7 minutes.
    NOTE:
    defrost and reheat at 350 degrees F.
