Steamed Brussels Sprouts In The Buff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Brussels sprout
    1 1/4 cups water
Preparation
    Trim ends off of Brussels sprouts, removing blemished outer leaf if necessary.
    Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
    Bring water to boil.
    Place Brussels Sprouts into steamer basket.
    Cover with lid and steam for 6 to 12 minutes.
    Drain water and enjoy!
