Basil Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups fresh basil leaves
    3 -4 large garlic cloves
    1/3 cup lightly toasted pine nuts or 1/3 cup walnuts
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mince basil and garlic in food processor.
    Add nuts and mince some more.
    Drizzle oil in as machine is running.
    When you have a smooth paste transfer to bowl.
    Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper.
