Marinated Artichoke With Zucchini And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pam olive oil flavored cooking spray
    1 (4 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, and the liquid
    5 ounces onions
    8 ounces zucchini or 8 ounces summer squash, sliced
    salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly saute the zucchini/squash and onion using olive oil no calorie spray.
    Mix with jar of marinated artichoke hearts.
    Cool for 15 minutes.
    Add the liquid from the jar.
    Season with salt and pepper if desired.
    Refrigerate for a min of 4 hours.
