Spinach Salad With Creamy Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh spinach leaves
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
    1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Combine washed and torn spinach leaves, mushrooms and bacon in a large bowl.
    In a blender, combine the dressing ingredients.
    Toss salad with the dressing and serve.
