Apple Cinnamon Roll Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 tablespoons shortening
    3 cups grated apples
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 cups boiling water
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together to make the dough.
    Roll out in an oblong strip.
    Spread with apples.
    Roll up and slice into rolls.
    Make syrup by mixing 1-1/2 cup sugar, boiling water and cinnamon.
    Put syrup in pan, lay dough slices over.
    Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
