Easy Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (15 1/2 ounce) cans great northern beans (do not drain)
    1 cup carrot, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    3 cups water
    3 cups leftover ham
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into a large pot and cook on medium heat for 2 hours.
    Turn heat to low and cook for an additional hour or until carrots and celery are soft.
    It can be kept on very low eat until ready to eat.
