Poppy Seed Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, plus
    2 tablespoons butter, softened
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons poppy seeds
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 (6 ounce) jar peach baby food
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Combine the flour, poppy seeds, baking soda and salt.
    Add to the creamed mixture alternately with baby food.
    Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
