Homemade Cinnamon Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup almonds, chopped
    1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    2 tablespoons cashews, chopped
    1/4 cup coconut, shredded (optional)
    1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (optional)
    2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground (optional)
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/3 cup pure maple syrup
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/3 cup raisins (or your favorite mix of dried fruit)
Preparation
    Prehart oven to 325.
    Mix oats, nuts and seeds in a large bowl.
    Add salt and cinnamon.
    In a measuring cup, wisk together canola oil and syrup.
    Add to oat mixture and stir to combine.
    Spread out on baking sheet lined with parchment (or lightly greased).
    Bake for 20 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning (every 5 minutes or so).
    Remove from oven and cool completely before adding dried fruit.
    Store in airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
