Mega Protein Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1 cup oat bran or 1/2 cup steel cut oats
    1 cup textured vegetable protein
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups water
Preparation
    Add all ingredients and bring to a boil over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cover. Depending on your preferences, you can reduce the heat to a simmer for 5-10 more minutes or until the mush is very dense. If you prefer a less thick, chewier mush you can cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
