Hot Chicken Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1 (5 ounce) can white chicken meat
    1/2 cup canned mushroom slices
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (I use 1 1/2 t.)
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper (I use 1/2 t.)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until blended and heated thoroughly.
    Serve dip hot with chips.
