Ingredients

2/3 cup oat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/3 cup light olive oil
1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Next add the oil and the egg.
Mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips, cranberries, and pecans.
Shape into 1 inch balls (or use small cookie scoop) and place on cookie sheet covered in parchment paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
