Granny'S Fruit Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 pint cold brewed tea
    12 ounces sugar
    4 ounces apricots, chopped
    1 1/4 lbs dried fruit
    1 egg, beaten
    2 cups self-raising flour (heaped cups)
Preparation
    Soak the apricots, sugar and dried fruit overnight in the cold tea.
    Stir in morning.
    Add egg and flour.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0F.
