Roasted Tomato And Basil Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs plum tomatoes, quartered
    3 cloves garlic, lightly crushed
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    10 fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325F degrees.
    Combine all ingredients in large ovenproof skillet.
    Bake until tomatoes and garlic are very soft, 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Coarsley chop tomatoes and garlic mixture.
    Transfer to a serving bowl.
    Serve with tostitos or foccacia.
