Yugoslavian Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick
1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 1/4 cups onions, chopped
5 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients and pour into a greased 9\" X 13\" baking pan. You may want to add chopped jalepeno for extra zip. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and ENJOY.
