Trader Joe'S Southwestern Couscous Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces israeli couscous (TJ's brand)
    14 ounces of corn and chile salsa (TJ's brand)
    1 seedless cucumber, chopped fine
    1 red bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 bunch green onion, chopped fine
    1 splash balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Prepare couscous according to package instructions and allow to cool.
    Chop veggies and combine with the whole jar of salsa and balsamic, stir in couscous.
    Add salt and pepper to taste
    Serve cold or at room temperature.
