Fresh And Easy Taco Meat (Whole30) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1 lb turkey or 1 lb beef
    1 poblano pepper, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1 pinch salt (to taste)
    1 pinch pepper (to taste)
    1 pinch chili pepper flakes (optional)
    2 -3 tablespoons tomato paste (optional)
Preparation
    1. In a large skillet, brown ground meat.
    2. Drain excess liquid.
    3. Add all chopped veggies and seasonings.
    4. Saute over medium heat until just crisp tender, about 3-5 minutes.
    6. Add tomato paste (to make it more creamy-like). Tomato paste is optional.
    5. Serve with taco shells, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, etc. (If doing Whole30, serve in lettuce cups with tomato, avocado, salsa, guacamole, etc.).
