Dutch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    4 ounces butter
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 1/2 cups flour
    4 ounces sugar
    Topping
    4 tablespoons sugar
    4 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 tablespoon cocoa
Preparation
    Turn oven on to 350 F.
    Cake: Cream the butter and sugar, add egg and then the dry ingredients which have been sifted together first.
    Press into a non-stick flat tin.
    Topping: Cream the butter and sugar and then add the sifted dry ingredients.
    Spread over the cake mixture.
    Bake until cooked which usually takes 20-30 minutes.
