Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
2 cups instant oats
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoan, butter and milk in a saucepan and bring to boil; add vanilla.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut and oats.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxpaper and refrigerate.
