Hg'S Sweetie-Fry Bananas With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large banana
    1/4 cup Fiber One cereal, all-bran (original)
    3 tablespoons Cool Whip Free
    2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
    1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese, softened
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine the cream cheese, Cool Whip & 1/2 the Splenda.
    Stir til smooth then place in te fridge to chill.
    In a food processor or blender, combine Fiber One, cinnamon and remaining Splenda, then blend til breadcrumb-like.
    Cut bananas in half widthwise then lengthwise, so you have 4 pieces.
    Spray the bananas with nonstick spray then roll in the 'breadcrumb' mixture.
    Cook the bananas in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy.
    Serve with chilled cream cheese frosting.
