Basil Sour Cream Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups light sour cream
    2/3 cup fresh basil, remove stems
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in a food processor for one to two minutes until combined. You may want to stop machine and scrape the sides to make sure it's all incorporated.
    Place in fridge for 2 hours so flavors will blend.
