Honey Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Low Sodium - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon poppy seed
Preparation
    Whisk together the vinegars, honey, mustard, and salt.
    While whisking pour in the olive oil in a steady stream until the dressing is thoroughly mixed.
    Stir in the poppy seeds.
    Store the dressing in a glass jar in the fridge for several months.
