Oyster Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    3 cups milk
    1 cup cream
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon onion, grated
    1 quart oyster
Preparation
    Melt butter, stir in flour and blend well.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly; add cream, salt, pepper and grated onion.
    Keep warm over low heat.
    Bring oysters to a boil in their own liquor; add to milk stock and heat about 5 minutes or until edges of the oysters curl.
    Serve immediately.
