Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 pie crust
14 ounces pumpkin puree
3/4 cup half-and-half (or 2% evaporated milk)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Mix together the pumpkin, cream, sugar, eggs, molasses, vanilla extract and spices. Pour into the prepared pie crust and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
