Rich Stove Top Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt (pinch)
1/3 water
3 1/2 cups whole milk (can split amount with cream for richer flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix cocoa, sugar and salt into a small bowl.
Put water in small pot to boil.
Once boiling, add cocoa mix and stir with whisk until well blended. When bubbly, continue to stir for another 2-3 minutes.
Slowly add in milk (or both milk and cream). Occasionally stir until milk is on the verge of boiling.
Stir in vanilla and remove from heat. Pour into your favorite cocoa mug! It may need time to cool. Enjoy!
**If there's extra, you can store in the fridge for 1-2 days. Just reheat and stir and will still be good!
