Chocolate Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups icing sugar
    3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
    2 tablespoons chocolate cream liqueur
    1 tablespoon strong brewed coffee or 1 tablespoon milk
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, process confectioner's sugar, cocoa powder, butter, chocolate liqueur, coffee and salt until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
    Spread frosting on cooled cupcakes.
