Lemon Mint Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb dry capellini (angel hair)
    salt, to taste
    3 ounces grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons julienned lemon zest
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    1/2 cup torn fresh mint leaves
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the water.
    Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add to the pasta.
    Garnish with additional cheese and the red pepper flakes.
