Filipino Breakfast Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs sirloin
    1 tablespoon garlic
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 1/2 tablespoons salt
Preparation
    Mix together the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Spread the mixture on the sirloin and place into refrigerator overnight. Bake or broil. Serve.
