Apple Mango Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup cubed mango
    3 cups shredded cooked chicken
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/4 cup diced red onion
    3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch black pepper
    1 pinch curry powder
    1/2 apple, diced
    1/4 scotch bonnet pepper, finely diced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Can be served on a roll, with crisp lettuce, or on greens, as a salad.
