Peach Plum Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
    3 plums, pitted and sliced
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/3 cup maple syrup
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a large frying pan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is tender, about 8 minutes.
    Serve warm over waffles, pancakes or French toast.
