Peanut Butter And Jelly Chicken For Oamc - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 pieces (cooked)
    12 ounces apricot jam
    1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup apple juice
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons curry powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon cardamom
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix until smooth.
    Add chicken and mix.
    Pour into 1 gallon freezer bag and lay flat to freeze.
    To reheat Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Pour thawed chicken mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish, and bake, uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
