Pan Fried Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
2 medium apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation

Preheat saucepan on medium-high.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a medium bowl until combined. Toss apple slices in until thoroughly coated.
Melt butter in a saucepan (I take the pan off the burner to do this). Add apples and cook until very soft and tender, stirring occasionally, about ten minutes.
