Parmesan Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb potato
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

Dice potatoes.
Combine potatoes, oil, salt and pepper in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake at 425 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
